A fabulous handmade combination of rich dark chocolate (72% cacao) covering a Bordeaux wine "confit" These chocolates are not to be eaten but savoured. The 8 square box is clear acetate with a raffia bow detail, the 12 square box has a gold tray which keeps the chocolates separate and an stylish cardboard outer and raffia bow detail. There is a bunch of grape cutout with a clear window to see the chocolates. This will grace the finest dinner table and be a great hit with your guest.

I stumbled on this chocolate while touring the North Shore of Long Island. I don't usually eat chocolate, but I was intrigued by the wine connection. Outstanding! I loved the juxtaposition of the dark chocolate with the wine confit. At last, a chocolate for a wine drinker--but it also gets accolades from my chocolate- loving wife, who could care less about wine. The only reason that I left this unrated was because I did not know how your scale works; I would give it your highest rating plus!
